The set includes seven notes (A, B, C, D, E, F, G) corresponding to the chakras, offering a complete system for chakra balancing and healing. Bowl sizes are +/- 30cm, 28cm, 26cm, 24cm, 22cm, 20cm, and 18cm (sizes are unique to each bowl and are not exact).
