Course Booking and Participation Policy We’re delighted that you’re considering joining our course! To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all participants, please review our course policy below. For detailed information about the course, this can be downloaded from our website. The one day course is being held in Hout Bay at Chris Roland's peaceful and serene guest house, which is exclusively booked for the course. The full address will be provided upon booking. If you would like to book accommodation for one or more nights during the course, please reach out to Chris. You are not obligated to use the accommodation. Below you will find the times. In addition to the course, there will be a Singing Bowl Sound Bath led by Chris, providing a deep understanding of how to work with Crystal Bowls. During the course we will not only learn about the healing powers of the bowls, we will also take a deep dive into the beginnings of sound healing. While we will provide Singing Bowls for use during the course, participants who own one or more are welcome to bring them. This is optional and not required. Singing Bowls will also be available for purchase during the course. Thank you for choosing to participate in this extraordinary course. Cancellation Policy
Course Booking and Participation Policy I am delighted that you’re considering joining the course! To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all participants, please review the course policy below: 1. Booking and Payment: Securing Your Spot: Full payment is required to secure your booking and confirm your place in the course. Only bookings with completed payments will be considered confirmed. 2. Cancellation and Refund Policy: 30 Days or More Before the Course Start Date: You can cancel your booking online for a full refund up to 30 days before the start of the course. 5-29 Days Before the Course: If you need to cancel within this period, please contact me directly. Cancellations made from 5 days or longer before the course will receive a full refund. 3-5 Days Before the Course: Cancellations within 3-5 days of the start date will result in a 50% forfeiture of the course fee. 2 Days or Less Before the Course or No-Shows: Cancellations made 2 days or less before the course start date, or failure to attend, will not be eligible for a refund as it will not be possible to replace your spot on short notice. 3. Attendance and Certificates: Punctuality: Everyone is encouraged to arrive on time each day. This helps create a supportive and cohesive learning environment for everyone. Certificate of Completion: To receive a certificate of completion, participants must attend all three days of the course. 4. Course Materials: Tibetan Singing Bowls: While Tibetan Singing Bowls will be provided for use during the course, participants who own one or more are welcome to bring them.
