As a transformational teacher over the past two decades, my work is deeply aligned with counselling, coaching, and sound, seamlessly moving between the emotional, practical, and spiritual dimensions of your life. Whether you're seeking to improve your emotional or physical well-being, navigate the challenges of daily life, or elevate your consciousness, I'm here to support and guide you every step of the way with practical tools and transformative insights integrated into your journey. Holistic Harmony SCC uniquely combines counselling, coaching and sound that deepens and hastens the transformative process.
Cancellation Policy
Holistic Harmony CC (Counseling/Coaching) & SCC (Sound/Counseling/Coaching) Policies 1. Cancellations and Rescheduling: 6 or More Days Before: Cancel 6+ days before your session for a full refund, minus any banking charges. 1-5 Days Before: Cancel within 1-5 days, and you can reschedule within the next 30 days. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Session Changes: You can change your session date up until the day before. Same-day changes are treated as cancellations. We’ll try to accommodate, but rescheduling is not guaranteed. 2. Client Responsibility: Medical and Psychological Conditions: Inform us of any relevant medical or psychological conditions. Your wellbeing is our priority. Reviewing Material: Clients are responsible for downloading and reviewing materials provided when booking. This ensures you’re prepared for the session. 3. Late Arrivals: Reduced Time: If you’re late, your session time will be shortened. For example, arriving 15 minutes late to a 60-minute session leaves 45 minutes. Extending Time: If you wish to extend the session, if available, it will be billed per minute, based on the hourly rate. Payment is due at the end of the session. 4. Non-Transferable Bookings: Non-Transferable: Bookings are non-transferable. If you cannot attend, contact us to see if a transfer is possible, but it’s not guaranteed. 5. Session Safety: Client Safety: Our sessions support your growth and wellbeing. By participating, you agree to hold Chris Roland harmless from any physical or emotional discomfort that may arise during or after the session. Safe Space: We’re committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for your transformation and healing.
