Cancellation Policy

IMMERSION — Booking & Attendance Policy This is a co-creation in the moment. Your presence is part of the experience. 1. Booking & Seating Seat assignments will be emailed to you at a later date. Your place/seat within the sound field is assigned based on the timing of your booking, along with overall event flow and production considerations. While every seat is designed to offer a deeply immersive experience, earlier bookings are prioritised in seating allocation. Specific seat assignments will be emailed to you at a later date. Seating is assigned at the discretion of the IMMERSION administrative team. 2. Refund Policy Full refunds are available up to 30 days prior to the event date Within 30 days of the event, all bookings are final and non-refundable If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person (with prior notice). 3. Arrival & Late Entry This is a continuous immersive experience. Guests are expected to arrive on time Late arrivals may be delayed entry until a suitable moment In some cases, late entry may not be permitted This is to preserve the integrity of the experience for all attendees. 4. Event Experience & Environment IMMERSION includes: Deep sound, vibration, and frequency Low lighting and shifting visual atmosphere Periods of intensity and stillness By attending, you acknowledge that this is a sensory experience and agree to participate with awareness of your own comfort and wellbeing. 5. Health & Personal Responsibility By attending, you confirm that: You are in a condition to participate in a sound-based immersive experience You take full responsibility for your physical and emotional wellbeing during the event If you have any medical conditions or sensitivities, please use your discretion when booking. 6. Conduct To maintain the integrity of the experience: Phones must be silenced No recording without permission Respect for the space, facilitators, and other participants is expected at all times 7. Changes & Force Majeure The event format, participants, or schedule may evolve as part of the live co-creative nature of IMMERSION. In the unlikely event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond control, a full refund will be issued.
